Measure Your Smash Speed

By uploading my video, I understand and agree that:

1. I grant Tdingo permission to use my uploaded video for:
   • Training and improving the smash speed detection system
   • Marketing purposes including social media, website, and promotional materials
   • Educational content and demonstration purposes
2. The smash speed analysis provided is currently in beta testing and results are approximate estimates only.
3. I am the person appearing in the video or have obtained necessary permissions from all individuals visible in the video.
4. My video may be edited, modified, or combined with other content for the purposes mentioned above.
5. I can request removal of my video from marketing materials by contacting Tdingo support, though it may still be used for system training purposes.
6. I will not receive compensation for the use of my video.
7. My email will only be used to send the analysis results and important updates about the service.
